The United States Entertainment Force is a Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation 501(c) (3) tax exempt organization created to serve the men and women of our Armed Forces, regardless of where in the world they might be deployed. We direct our resources to those of our Military who have given so much in the name of freedom, and service to our country. The Fallen Soldier and their families are the ones The Force is dedicated to serving. The Force will be with them to support them, to acknowledge them, and to thank them. The need of the Fallen Soldier is great, from the basics of monetary and housing issues for their family to them needing to know there are those who choose to stand beside them in this trying time and offer support. In those trying times The Force will be there to surround them with love, hope, and devotion and offering help to these heroes as they recuperate from some of the most severe medical injuries imaginable. The trauma of the wounded soldier is great and affects many; we want to be the Force that helps the pain of suffering to be diminished. Unfortunately these sometimes dramatic injuries take time to heal which means months or longer at our Military Hospitals. The U.S.E.F. wants to be there with their families to assure the needed financial assistance is available to help pay the expenses in order that the loved ones can participate in the healing allowing the soldier to become whole and return home.

The U.S.E.F. is a coalition of Entertainers, in all fields of entertainment, coming together in a very special union in order to accomplish the U.S.E.F. goals of compassionate caring, support and providing a helping hand. By forming this very special alliance with publicists, managers, agents, and press we are able to pool all the talents of this select group and affect positive change in the lives of so many.

The United States Entertainment Force’s high profile allows us the exposure necessary to bring our mission to the public so they may know that the U.S.E.F. is making a positive difference in touching the hearts and lives of the Fallen Soldier and their families. We all can be part of this incredibly positive Force and the ongoing mission of the U.S.E.F. We bring back the values of trust, honesty, integrity, respect, and pride that made the Country so great. Those attributes will be and are the driving force behind the U.S.E.F.

The Founder

THE UNITED STATES ENTERTAINMENT FORCE was created in 1995 as a collaboration between Jerry Payne and Jeffrey “Skunk” Baxter for the purpose of supporting the men and women of our Armed Forces.

Through out the years Baxter has assumed additional responsibilities in Washington DC and has had to redirect his efforts. Jerry Payne, Founder, has continued to dedicate himself and his organization’s resources to this very important mission. From serving his country as an Army Officer during Vietnam and then dedicating many years as Producer of USO Entertainment, President of Top Gun Entertainment, Member of the Board of Directors of the USO, and due to efforts over and beyond the call of duty, Jerry was singled out and awarded the very prestigious acknowledgement by President Clinton: The United States Veteran of The Year Award. He has proven his sincere dedication to the morale and welfare of our members of the Armed Forces. He has always been able to bring a wealth of experience and knowledge as it pertains to the inner workings and politics of the Armed Services. Throughout the years Jerry has shown incredible integrity, honesty, sincerity, and dedication to the completion of the mission. His efforts to date have been recognized and acknowledged by many high ranking government and military officials leading him all the way to the White House. It is with these credentials and past accomplishments that Jerry Payne continues to lead this very prestigious organization.
